We offer free local delivery in the Rockland area.
We currently offer flat-fee delivery of to select postal codes in the National Capital Region at a cost of $8. When placing an online order, enter your postal code to determine if your address is eligible for delivery.

Canada Post shipping
We charge a flat-fee of $18 per order for shipping across the country.
